Reaching out for help isn’t easy, especially if you are struggling emotionally. Creating a positive therapeutic environment is my priority. Now is the time to seek support, so you can get the traction you want. Perhaps you are having a hard time sleeping and even just relaxing. Maybe your brain feel like it’s always on. Maybe it feels like your friendships are failing. Maybe your relationship is struggling and needs a change of direction. Or, perhaps you may be feeling like your parenting strategies just aren’t working and you need a helping hand with one or more of your children. In any of these cases, outside guidance and support isn’t a luxury – it’s essential. When I work with you, I make sure I listen to your unique needs before building a treatment plan. That way, we can work together to find which techniques will work best. I always take note of boundary issues and other obstacles to growth when working with you. You will always find me in a collaborative role with you. Together, we will build the skills you need to navigate and create the life you want…the life that you deserve. Often, my clients complain of feeling “stuck” and “paralyzed” without a plan to move forward. But, with the right support, you CAN move forward and thrive, even if you’ve struggled with the same problems and issues for as long as you can remember. And, that’s where I can help.
